Returns & Exchanges

If you change your mind or wish to arrange an exchange, please contact info@jadeoak.co.uk and we will help you exchange or refund your purchase if returned within 30 days of delivery. There are a few things to note: the return shipping isn’t covered unless the goods was faulty; refunds need to be sent to the original method of payment. All items must be returned in the original condition and in the original Caison packaging.
